For this reason Drew & Dr. Noisewater (Ken Morris) contacted one of Drew’s good friends, Fisheries Biologist with Auburn University, Dr. Steve Sammons, to set the record straight. The amount of incredible info and insight into the species we love is jam packed in this episode, which covers the Largemouth bass, its sub-species, Smallmouth bass, its different “strains,” the spotted bass, the Alabama (spotted) bass and the most interesting Shoal Bass (commonly referred to as “shoalies”).
